You can now access data for the past five days, and rate past sunrises and sunsets to help improve the forecasts.
Historic data in the web-app
When you’re in the web-app for your preferred location, a new “history” bar will appear under the search bar. You can click this bar to see a table of the sunrise and sunset quality of the past five days. You can click any of these percentages to rate the sunrise or sunset (i.e. how good the sunrise or sunset was in reality).
Historic maps
Click “more historical data” to see the historic sunrise and sunset quality data in map format. Simply choose a region (North America, Europe, Australia) and a date to see the historic maps. You can access all maps since 01.09.2025 without an account.
CHECK IT OUTRating past sunrises and sunsets
To understand the accuracy of the forecasts in greater detail, you can now rate how good a past sunrise or sunset was by going to the page for that sunrise or sunset (eg. through the history tab) and clicking one of the rating options. This evaluation will help improve the forecasts in the future.
